Project Coordinator [Singapore]


 

Job Description & Requirements

  • Together with the Project Team, to be responsible for successful delivery of assigned projects.
  • Assist the site project team and facilitate their ability to complete the project on time.
  • Assist and coordinate our site teams and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
  • Assist the Team in Project Management to achieve smooth project implementation and completion.
  • Assist in the Project Costing and re-engineering to increase project profit margin, preparation of monthly progress claim and expenditure budget control.
  • In-charge of project administration, documentations and reports etc. for the project.
  • Assist the site project team in the selection of equipments & procurement of materials for the project.
  • Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with client, M& E consultant and main or sub-contractors.
  • Assist the Safety Coordinator / Safety Officer in the planning, assessment and implementation.
  • Support in acquiring new opportunities – Tenders and Business Development
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • NTC/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical)
  • Min. 1years relevant experience at local construction site.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and possess leadership quality.
  • Self initiative, out spoken, passionate and independent is an advantage
  • Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project softwares, knowledge in AutoCad/Revit is an advantage
  • Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress.
  • This position requires the successful candidate to be onsite at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
