- This organisation is a house-hold name and well known for keeping us and our homes and businesses safe and secure.
- They are currently seeking a Temp General Administrator to join their busy Admin/Compliance team in East Tamaki, Auckland.
- You’ll be working closely with the National Administration Manager.
- You’ll support her and her extremely busy team with compliance and HR admin.
- Typing contracts up
- Scanning application forms
- Checking they are complete
- Running employment checks eg MOJ & Credit checks
- Some phone work to speak with applicants for roles
- Deal with high volume workload
- This is a Temp role and must start immediately.

- The role is based in East Tamaki and is solely office-based.
- Parking onsite.
- This is a 40-hour per week role with standard working hours.
- You'll be working Mondays to Fridays, 8 hour days.
- This Temp role will run for approximately 2 months.
- You'll need to currently reside in or near Auckland as this role is based solely in office.
- To be eligible for this position, you must hold legal work rights for New Zealand.
- Please note if you do not currently have legal rights to work in NZ we will not be able to consider your application.
- The ideal candidate will have previous admin experience and be able to hit the ground running.
- Ideally Compliance or HR or Recruitment admin support experience.
- We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and has great attention to detail.
- You'll be tech savvy and confident using MS Word and Outlook
- You'll need to be a clear communicator as the pace will be fast
- A clear Ministry of Justice (MOJ) report is required for this role - we will arrange for that check to be done if your application is successful.
