- Post sale and pre sale follow up
- Pre Delivery Coordination and arrangements of delivery kit and documents.
- Maintaining the customer data base
- Recording customer feedback.
- Following SOP's of Brand.
- Capturing complaints from customers.
- Resolving the complaints and getting satisfaction note.
- Ensuring ROAR score 100%.
- Preparing Root cause Analysis.
- Timely updation of sales process to the customers.
