Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the organisation's goals and target audience. This may include activities such as SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and conversion optimisation.

Manage online presence: Monitor and manage the organisation's website, blog, and social media accounts to ensure consistent branding, engagement, and user experience. Regularly update content, analyze website traffic, and optimize conversion funnels.

Conduct market research and analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Conduct research to identify target audience preferences, behaviour, and needs. Analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.

Content creation and management: Develop and curate high-quality content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with the company authorised personnel to credesignersate engaging and persuasive content.

Email marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email automation, and A/B testing. Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise email marketing strategies for increased open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Paid advertising: Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting and budgets, and analyse results to maximize ROI.

Analytics and reporting: Track, measure, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing analytics platforms. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and other relevant metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education and experience: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is often required. Previous experience in digital marketing or a similar role is highly desirable. Familiarity with marketing principles, techniques, and tools is essential.

Digital marketing skills: Proficiency in various digital marketing channels and tools such as SEO, content marketing, social media management, email marketing platforms, paid advertising platforms, and web analytics tools.

Analytical and data-driven mindset: Ability to analyse data, interpret metrics, and draw actionable insights from marketing campaigns. Experience with A/B testing, data visualization, and reporting is valuable.

Creativity and communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages and create engaging content. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Adaptability and flexibility: Digital marketing is a fast-paced and ever-changing field. The ability to adapt to new technologies, industry trends, and algorithm updates is crucial.

Teamwork and collaboration: Digital marketing often requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including designers, developers, copywriters, and executives. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are important.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
