In 2010, we were also included in Forbes magazine's 'America's 100 Best Small Companies'.We value innovative thinkers who are open to new opportunities and derive satisfaction from knowing that their efforts are making a difference in someone's life.Detailed Description The Instrument Training Specialist will assist in the coordination and delivery of all necessary training to the Instrument Division in support of the training strategy developed by sales and marketing management in order to continually enhance the sales organizations' effectiveness.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Collaborate with key internal cross functional teams as well as external partners during the development and delivery of the Instrument Division's blended training curriculum to include: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Sales Training Programs to ensure that the training is aligned with the learning objectives for each program. Continually evaluate all training programs' effectiveness to ensure that the training programs address all learning gaps and objectives. Discuss key findings with Director, Marketing. Support the Integra University Learning Management System to include: user account updates, content development/upload, user report analysis, etc. Coordinate logistics for all training programs as needed and/or requested by Director, Marketing. Excellent organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Facilitate the on boarding process of new Surgical sales specialists and dealers to include but not limited to: field orientation, training, classroom training and on-line testing. Partner with the trainers to ensure consistent delivery of the Basic Sales Training curriculum. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions as needed or requested by the Director, Marketing. Assist in tracking the training support that each Field and Classroom Trainer provides in support of Learning & Development. Manage sales rep databases including updating training modules and sales collateral. Approximately 10% travel may be required. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for his position. Education: Associate or Bachelor Degree. Certifications: None Experience: Previous experience as a training coordinator for pharma/med device. Experience supporting LMS platform a plus.
