Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Saint Paul Minnesota

Description: Humera is presently looking of Inside Sales Specialist right now, this job will be placed in Minnesota. More details about this job opportunity please read the description below. Humera is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist for our client in St. Paul. The candidate in this position will maintain and manage inside sales customer database, perform Marketing duties as related to inside sale! s of Surgical Supply Products and perform other sales/marketing duties as assigned. This is a long term position.

Make sales calls via telephone to end users in order to sell single-use surgical supply products.

Place cold calls to hospital and surgery center personnel, by
telephone, in order to solicit sales

Maintain relationships with existing customers to maintain and grow sales
Explain products and prices, and answer questions from
customers in order to maintain and solicit sales

Respond to and follow-up on all sales leads (from website, tradeshows, etc.) in a timely manner
Obtain prospect and customer information such as name, address, purchases, and reactions of prospects and enter into sales contact database
Promote sales campaigns and follow marketing plan guidelines in order to meet sales goals for surgical supply products
Attend sales and trade meetings as required

Track sales resulting from trad! eshow leads
Document all sales call correspondence and sal! es opportunities via
sales customer database

Enter leads from tradeshow into database, creating Groups to organize and track follow-up and opportunities
Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from
sources such as internet, telephone directories, direct mailings and lists purchased from other organizations to add to sales customer database

High School Graduate: Four-year college degree with emphasis in business and/or marketing preferred
3+ years of direct sales experience with at least 1 year of inside telephone sales experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills preferred
Customer database experience preferred

Time management and organization of work and priorities will help to manage the job pressure of reaching sales goals
