Bar and Lounge Supervisor
Your role as a Bar & Lounge Supervisor is to be responsible for the smooth operation of the bar and lounge. You will be responsible to:
- Ensure that a high standard of service is delivered
- Encourage positive interactions with guests at the bar and handle complaints in a professional manner
- Manage and organize staff requirements and duty rotas
- Deliver regular team meetings, inspire the team and effectively communicate target performance
- Conduct the monthly stock and equipment inventories.
- Monitor team performance and training plans for the team
- Conduct the monthly stock and equipment inventories
- Assist the Bar & Lounge Manager as required, taking on additional responsibilities in their absence

Minimum qualifications:
· With experience in fine-dining restaurant
· Good communication skills
· Arabic is an advantage but not required
· Leadership skills
· Team-player
