RESPONSIBILITIES
Voice of Customer (VOC) management
Hotline & various contact channels feedbacks resolving and analysis
Digital services formulation and Call Centre operation management
Customer satisfaction improvement process by analyzing Customer Journey
KPIs reporting on both weekly and monthly basis
Support Service Planning Manager ad-hoc tasks and project
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma holder or equivalent
3 years' customer service realm experience Consumer Electronics industry is preferred)
Data minding knowledge is needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office operation
Good in both spoken and written English
