Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your task:

• Project resources awareness and availability/capacity check-ups with the corresponding line functions
• Responsible for building and professionally leading the Project Core Team
• Perform cross-functional feasibility study (content and capacities) in RFQ phase
• Point of contact for the project stakeholders
• Planning and coordination of production process in order to achieve the production output according to the company targets and customer requirements;
• Escalate deviations from standards and project requirements (time, cost, quality)
• Control and validation of the cross functional outputs of work packages
• Provide project status reporting and coordinate milestones and gate reviews
• Act according to LEONI Project Management governance and standards

Your skills:

• Technical education with additional experience and knowledge regarding production management and production systems;
• At least 3 years of experience in leading position in production or related areas;
• Lean management knowledge;
• Deep knowledge of Leoni management tools;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent command of English in writing and speech required;
• German skills would be an advantage;
