SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pulls materials and items from predetermined pick locations areas to storage or to other designated product loading areas, using a scanner whenever possible to ensure accuracy.
- Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.

Pulls items and assembles them, mounting tires on wheels, bolting discs into wheels, etc.- Responsible to keep the mounting area clean and orderly. This includes making sure all product that is not supposed to be there is put away. Also includes washing area when weather permits
- Responsible to maintain the equipment in the mounting area – grease the machine at least bi-weekly and wash it at least once a month when weather permits.
- Uses computer to enter records, start and finish picks, pack product, and fulfill orders.
- Loads product onto route trucks, responsible to properly secure loads with straps, etc.
- Maintains inventory records, completes cycle counts on a weekly basis.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two to three years related experience or equivalent.
- Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
