PT (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) Medical Director position available in a mental health clinic in Minneapolis.
DUTIES
The Medical Director will provide residential and outpatient psychiatric services to various programs within People Incorporated. This includes monitoring the overall quality of clinical psychiatric services. The Medical Director will work with both external and internal customers and will be a consultant to the organizational teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify for this position you must have a Medical Doctor's degree and valid Physician and Surgeon License issued by the State of MN Board of Medical Practice and Board Certified in Psychiatry. Must also possess or be eligible for certification by the American Board of Psychiatry as a Clinical or Community Psychiatrist, remain active with all annual licensing requirements and maintain a clear criminal record. Credentialing with major insurance providers is also required. The Medical Director will provide residential and outpatient psychiatric services to various programs within People Incorporated.
