Coordinator, Customer Collection
Location: Bloomington Minnesota
Description: Park Nicollet is hiring Coordinator, Customer Collection right now, this occupation will be placed in Minnesota. Interfaces with patients having delinquent accounts, medical staff, third party payers and other business services staff to establish patient billing satisfaction. Interfaces w! ith patients having agency balances and uncollectible monies. Determines patient responsibility by following appropriate collection practices and procedures while maintaining the good will of the patient. Initiates or responds to phone calls. Education/Experience: High school graduate or equivalent with one to two years previous collection experience. CRT experience helpful.

Epic experience preferred. Must have excellent Communication skills and be focused on patient/customer service.
