We are currently looking to find a qualified Patient Coordinator to work a contract assignment for a client location in Woodbury. This will be the main corporate headquarters this position will be located out of, but we are also looking for a candidate that has the flexibility to travel to other office locations in Blaine and Maplewood as well. Personal transportation is a must. Candidates must also be available to work a schedule that could fall between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm Monday-Friday.
The Patient Coordinator will be responsibile for a variety of office and administrative tasks including (but not limited to): maintaining physicians schedules, assisting in the daily clinic flow, entering patient orders, working with electronic medical records, pre-certifying and obtain referrals from sur! geries, responding to patient phone calls, etc.
This ! is an excellent opportunity to gain some further experience in the area while putting your previous knowledge and skills to work! Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday (falling between 7am-7pm)
