Inside Sales & Service Trainee - Long Term

Location: Saint Paul Minnesota

We have an immediate opening for an outstanding Inside Sales & Service Trainee in our Long Term Sales department located in our Shoreview, MN office supporting our Empi product line.

The Inside Sales & Service Trainee will be responsible for generating sales calls of patients and accounts, handling incoming calls, accurate processing of orders, following correct billing and collection procedures, selling to new markets and working on special projects as assigned.

The Company's products address the continuum of patient care from injury prevention to rehabilitation after surgery, injury or from degenerative disease, enabling people to regain or maintain their natural motion. Its products are used by orthopedic specialists, spine surgeons, primary care physicians, pain management specialists, physical therapists, podiatrists, chiropractors, athletic trainer! s and other healthcare professionals. In addition, many of the! Company's medical devices and related accessories are used by athletes and patients for injury prevention and at-home physical therapy treatment.

Our product lines include rigid and soft orthopedic bracing, hot and cold therapy, bone growth stimulators, vascular therapy systems and compression garments, electrical stimulators used for pain management and physical therapy products. Our surgical division offers a comprehensive suite of reconstructive joint products for the hip, knee and shoulder. Our products are marketed under a portfolio of brands including Aircast®, Chattanooga, CMF™, Compex®, DonJoy®, Empi®, ProCare® and DJO® Surgical.

Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 year post secondary education or equivalent in business or related field
  • Two years experience in Telemarketing Sales including outbound sales experience with demonstrated selling skills
  • Good communication and customer service! skills
  • Ability to aggressively meet sales goals and department objectives as set by management
  • Ability to contact patients independently on a regular basis to sell our supplies and meet their needs
  • Exceptional computer skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4 year post secondary degree in business, science/medical or related field or equivalent experience
  • Track record of company longevity / loyalty (3+ years)
