Quality Assurance Manager
Overall Objective
Create, develop and maintain a quality culture in the R&D Center in full alignment with the Nestlé Quality Management System
Main Responsibilities
Follow and uphold all Food Safety, Food Quality, Occupational Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedures as pertains to role
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)in the Pilot Plant and Warehouse
Release Finished Products
Give QA support to product development projects
Coordinate and prepare center for audits (FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001)
Administration of Technical Document Administrator for the site

Education and Experience Required
University graduate or equivalent
ISO 22000 understanding
Food Manufacturing! knowledge
Knowledge of Nestle Quality Systems would be an advantage
Background in Microbiology would be an advantage
Fluent in English

Demonstrated effectiveness in teamwork, collaboration and cooperation
Demonstrated effectiveness in championing ideas for implementation
