Plans, organizes, and implements the non-nursing functi! ons of assigned nursing unit(s) to facilitate workflow, enhanc! e unit productivity, and provide excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff. Position requires strong verbal communication skills, strong written communication skills (including legible handwriting) and a high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, visitors, co-workers and other team members.
