Job Summary:
The Administration Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks of PLUS UAE, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented, and be able to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office, including reception, facilities management, and office supplies
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems
- Assist with HR functions, such as recruitment and onboarding
- Process and maintain employee records, such as timesheets and leave requests
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HR functions and processes is a plus
