Administration Officer [United Arab Emirates]


 

Job Summary:

The Administration Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks of PLUS UAE, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented, and be able to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office, including reception, facilities management, and office supplies
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems
  • Assist with HR functions, such as recruitment and onboarding
  • Process and maintain employee records, such as timesheets and leave requests
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of HR functions and processes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
