Job Title: Administrative Assistant - 12 Month Contract

Reports to: Executive Support Manager

Location: Drogheda, Co. Louth

Role Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will provide support across a number of areas of the business and will suit a strong multi-tasker.

Role Deliverables:

  • Provide a full range of administrative support.
  • Support the Executive Assistants with their workload, including some Executive support responsibilities.
  • Point of contact for offsite commercial teams who need support specific to the Head Office location.
  • Point of contact for business travel queries and training
  • Raising and reconciling Purchase Orders
  • Schedule, organise and facilitate the effective co-ordination of events and meetings, including venue set-up, diary notices, documentation, and materials.
  • Provide knowledge management support when required through online research.
  • Cover for front of house and reception duties, including meeting and greeting visitors for WaterWipes facility when receptionist is unavailable and during lunch.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings/conferences/visitors as required.
  • Provide administrative support including preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Complete ad-hoc project work
  • Other duties as deemed reasonable by management.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • The post holder will be a strong administrator, offering a minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience.
  • Demonstratable experience using MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage, and meet deadlines and maintain a consistently high quality of work.
  • Effective planning, organising, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively utilise multi-media communications, for example video conferencing via Zoom and Teams.
  • Full clean driving licence with access to a car.
