Major Accountabilities:
.Response for Analyzing production daily reject and customer return
.Lead product level and component level change verification at manufacturing site for mass production program
.Train/guide Engineer Assistant and Rework operator to have the product analysis skill
.Provide customer onsite support as required
.Maintenance and ensure product drawing, EBOM and documents compliance with production requirement
.Provide Connectivity between Mfg. Site and Product / Program Design Engineering
.Feedback 'lesson learned' to design team for improvement
.Support new program flawless launch from product level
.Drive Product communization for new programs
.
Major Qualifications:
.B.S. Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
.Good knowledge in IGBT application products application
.Familiar with analog /digital circuitry and micro-controller application
.At least 3 years working experience as Product Engineer or related position in multinational manufacturing companies
.Strong failure analysis skill
.Technical expert in plant to support new program flawless launch and SOP program
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
.Strong computer skills in Windows applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, Project)
