A rare and unique opportunity exists within our team to support our staff to recognise and help them achieve their personal and professional goals and dreams.
Taipan is seeking a proactive and personable Dream Mentor to join our growing team. If you are a people person and have a passion for helping others, then this is the position for you!
This new position will be part of Taipan’s Dream Team headed by our Dream Manager. Taipan’s Dream Program is all about caring for people and helping them develop, so they can achieve their wildest dreams. We’re here to create raving fans by empowering individuals, providing genuine support, and guiding them on their journey to success.
Just recently, we helped six of our team to build or own their first home! The support and opportunities at Taipan are endless for those willing to ‘dream big’.

This role involves:
- Wanting to help people succeed
- Building relationships with staff to instil trust
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Assisting staff to reach their goals and dreams using Taipan resources
- Support, mentor and motivate team members through accountability and empowerment
- Develop mentoring strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with the business’s goals
To be successful you’ll need some or all of the following:
- A genuine care for helping people
- Ability to think outside the box
- Typing and administrative skills
- Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
