Job Description:
Deliver the highest level of personalized service to VIP’s and repeat guests
Engage and interact with the guests
Act as ambassador for the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction
Friendly with smiling face, well groomed and team player
Requirement:
2-5 year of relevant experience in the field is preferred
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Able to work shifts (No overnight)
