Yes no matter which background you come from, we would be happy to work with you as we have a training of nearly 2 months where we train you from the scratch to make sure that you’re an expert before you handle customers. This training is rigorous and would involve sessions, quizzes, coursework and assignments. Also you would be getting paid (your fixed amount of the ctc) during this training and you would be expected to attend this training virtually.
What would your workday look like as an Insurance Calls Advisor?
Your day would start with a Team Meet around 10 am which helps in connecting with your teammates, managers and founders. Given that it’s a remote job, this really helps in feeling connected. Your calls would be between 11am to 8pm with a lunch break included in between. All of these calls are inbound calls and there is no cold calling involved. In a day you could expect 10-12 phone calls which are about 30 minutes in duration on average.
You would be interacting with customers, answering various insurance queries and advising customers on which policy would be most relevant for them given their needs.

What would your work week look like? (Insurance Advisor Calls)
This is a 6 day work week job. Since a good number of customers are free only on the weekends, you would be required to work during the weekends as well but you would get a fixed weekly off between Monday-Friday. This off would be a rotational off which would be fixed on a quarterly basis.
Are there any terms or conditions ?
Since our training is extensive and we would be investing a lot of resources into training advisors we require a commitment of at least 15 months from the date of joining. This 15 months includes training (2 months - from the date of joining), a 3 month probationary period (from the date of joining) and 1 year post the probationary period. You would start working the role for which you applied for only post the completion of your training. Should you complete the training and start work and decide to terminate your employment with us within this period of 15 months, then you would pay us the training costs of Rupees Seventy Five Thousand.
