To collect and analysis the business requirements of the customers or key users of the functions of software solutions and documents the requirements
Working closely with production team to ensure projects are developed as expected
Assisting the sales team / project management team in meeting with clients on technical aspect
Understand the basic knowledge of all the company's products
Understand knowledge on basic hardware architecture to support sales and service delivery
At least 2 years of experience in Business / System Analyst work or equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology or Information System
Has experience in banking/insurance/finance is a must
Familiar with Object Oriented Programming (OOP), experiences with some object-oriented languages (such as Java, .Net) are advantageous
Familiar with AS400
Familiar with Unified Modeling Language (UML).
Familiar with SDLC, Object Oriented Design Patterns.
Experience in developing and/or designing applications from scratch.
Good understanding in software solution design
Able to develop the Functional Specification Documentation based on the requirements of the client
Excellent documentation, communications and presentation skill with customers
Willing to WFO in Jakarta
