Mô Tả Công Việc
Ensure quality of products
- Create Test Strategy, Test Policy, Test Plan for a system/application
- Create Test design and test cases for system/application
- Execute test cases and analyze results to summary about quality of system
- Communicate with other project stakeholders to ensure the quality of the functions/modules which you are assigned to
- Manage (assign the tasks, review the work products, training) subordinate testers
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
[General requirements]
- At least 2 years experienced in system/application testing (IT/ST)
- Experienced in test strategy, Test policy, Test planning
- Can make Test design, test case to ensure quality of a system/application
- Experienced in management tools such as JIRA, Redmine
- Logical thinking and Self-motivated & proactive.
- English skills: Good at reading, writing
- Have testing in Factory/IoT domain
- Have automation testing skill/experience
- Have software development skill/experience
- Have Japanese skill
- Good understanding of software development life cycle & common using software development process: CMMI, Agile …
- Have ISTQB certificate
