The appointee will be working together with the Commercial team and the main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the:
Analytics/Insights activities
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports based on scanning data from Retailers using relevant software.
Ad hoc reporting based on relevant requests from CD/RM community and management.
Communication with external service providers regarding data validation and corrective actions.
Responsible for maintaining and expanding/improving in house Analytics capabilities (Tools, Processes etc) working with external and internal stakeholders.
Processing Distributor Sales through relevant tools and providing standard monthly reports.
Participating in internal meetings supporting the commercial department with relevant data and information.
Assist the Retail Marketing (RM) team in category projects with Retailers (Assortment validation, planogram proposal based on data and category insights)
eCommerce/Media Analytics
Responsible for providing relevant reports through our Digital Platforms per Brand and Customer for CD community and top Management
Prepare Media presence summary to RM team for our brands and competition per month using relevant reports from our media Agency
EDUCATION AND FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- University degree in Applied Sciences studies (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Maths or Engineering etc), ideally at a post graduate level
- Previous work experience of 1-2 years in a similar role and familiarisation with IRI/Nielsen platforms will be considered a plus, though it is not a prerequisite
- Excellent command of Greek and English languages
- PC proficiency in using Microsoft Office especially Excel & Google Suite
- Fulfilled military obligations where applicable
