Looking for experienced Apt. Maintenance Technician to grow with our organization.
Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, painting. Licensed HVAC experience a plus.
Excellent customer service and follow through.
Ability to complete jobs in a timely manner, pay attention to detail and work independently.
Must be dependable, trustworthy, organized and able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Oral and written communication skills and ability to provide detailed paperwork.
Participate in on call emergency services 1x per month (compensated).
Must live within 30 minutes of Manhattan for on call.

Drivers license in good standing. Must be valid during employment.
Must have own vehicle and own tools.
