We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaners. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of various properties. This includes post-builder cleans, ensuring properties are ready for occupation. Properties are in high-rise buildings and 3 different locations all within a 10 minute walk from each other.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain properties to the highest standards, following established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
- Perform post-builder cleans, removing debris, dust, and any construction-related materials.
- Thoroughly clean all surfaces, including floors, windows, walls, and fixtures.
- Vacuum and mop floors, ensuring they are free from dirt, stains, and dust.
- Empty and sanitize any bins in the properties.
- Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work within assigned schedules, which may vary between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
- Take on overtime opportunities when available.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
