As part of a client team you will provide Global Mobility compliance and consulting services to individuals and their corporate employers as follows:
Staff responsibilities and duties include:
You will frequently liaise with people of various cultures and nationalities both inside and outside our newly established organization working as part of a global team.

スタッフの責任と義務は以下の通りです。
- 赴任者のグローバルな個人税務コンプライアンスの調整（海外赴任者コンプライアンスサービス、日本人の海外赴任者サービス）
- 日本および米国の所得税サービス
- 海外赴任者人事ポリシーの策定
- 国際給与計算管理、報酬・福利厚生のコンサルティング
- 投資計画、退職金計画、財産計画を含む、全体的な税務計画と統合された個人資産の管理
- テーラーメードの移民ソリューションの提供
グローバルチームの一員として、新しく設立された組織の内外で、様々な文化や国籍の人々と頻繁に連絡を取り合うことになります。
As part of a client team you will provide Global Mobility compliance and consulting services to individuals and their corporate employers as follows:
- Tax Solutions
- Immigration Services
- Compensation and Rewards
- Dynamic work strategy and services
Staff responsibilities and duties include:
- coordination of assignees' global personal tax compliance (expatriate compliance services; Japanese nationals foreign assignment services)
- providing Japanese and US income tax services
- expatriate HR policy development
- international payroll administration, compensation & benefit consulting
- managing personal wealth integrated with overall tax planning, including investment planning, retirement and estate planning
- providing tailored immigration solutions
You will frequently liaise with people of various cultures and nationalities both inside and outside our newly established organization working as part of a global team.
Qualifications
批判的な思考、優れた数値・文章作成能力、実践的で実践的な姿勢をお持ちの方。- 整理整頓ができ、速いペースで進む環境の中でチームの一員として働くことを楽しみ、（厳しい）締め切りを守ることができる方。
- チームスピリットに貢献する意欲とダイナミズムをお持ちの方。
- 大卒以上（財務・会計学専攻であれば尚可、必須ではありません）。
- ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語の会話および文章力、バイリンガル（望ましい）
- 0～5年の職務経験（新卒者や現役大学生も歓迎）
- You will have a critical mind-set and good numerical and writing skills as well as a practical and hands-on attitude.
- You are well-organized, enjoy working as part of a team in a fast paced environment and able to meet (tight) deadlines.
- You have a drive and dynamism that contributes to the team spirit.
- University degree (Finance or Accounting degrees are advantageous but not required).
- Business level spoken and written English and Japanese, bilingual (advantageous)
- 0~5 years` working experience (recent graduates and current undergraduates welcome).
