As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying business trends, and developing insights to drive decision-making within the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for documenting business processes and requirements, and communicating them effectively to stakeholders. We need candidates who can fluently speak Romanian and English language.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis of business data to identify trends and insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and priorities.
Develop requirements and user stories to drive the development of new features and functionality.
Document business processes and requirements, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
Participate in the testing and implementation of new features and functionality.
Monitor and measure the success of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide support and training to end-users on new features and functionality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Agile methodology and user story development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Asana is a plus.
