Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and help support important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability.

Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy and solutions, including the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firm’s employees achieve their goals. You will lead as well as support the development and implementation of strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, reward and wellbeing, recruiting, onboarding reporting processes and other initiatives.
The opportunity
As Talent Wellbeing and Recognition Lead, you will report directly to the Total Rewards Leader, provides support in delivery of Wellbeing and Recognition strategic priorities, oversee the overall delivery of the Wellbeing and Recognition programs and offerings in line with the Wellbeing and Recognition strategies and objectives.
Your key responsibilities
In your role as a Wellbeing and Recognition Lead, you will :
Program design and delivery
- Review and develop innovative Wellbeing and Recognition programs / initiatives that support the Wellbeing and Recognition strategies
- Lead and manage Wellbeing and Recognition projects / initiatives derived from the program of work
- Review the key measures of success in the delivery of the Wellbeing and Recognition strategies
- Collaborate and advise the Service Lines (SL) and Talent functions to drive the Wellbeing and Recognition strategies and embed its impact/value to the business, taking into account employees’ needs at work
- Actively keep abreast with Wellbeing and Recognition offerings and trends in the market that can be incorporated into the Wellbeing and Recognition programs
- Plan and develop the wellbeing and recognition yearly calendar
- Liaise with Wellbeing and Recognition providers to scope workshops, seminars and trainings to be delivered as part of the Wellbeing and Recognition programs for all employees, including Partners
- Enable the development of the Wellbeing and Recognition strategies and programs in line with Global / Area strategy as well as Regional’s needs.
Communication
- Develop effective communication strategies, manage internal communications circulation and draft out high impact contents
- Develop wellbeing and recognition awareness campaigns, toolkits and resources
- Effective communication and update on wellbeing and recognition new offerings, programs and initiatives to employees via Benefit page, EY News or other internal communication platforms
Platform management and reporting
- Maintain the MYWellbeing@EY SharePoint site and Playbook content to enhance wellbeing-related information and current programs and initiatives
- Deploy and manage the digital wellbeing and/or recognition platforms – this would include but is not limited to loading of events, customisation of contents and communications, reviewing reports and analysing data
- Work with relevant teams to create meaningful data insights on engagement and traction
Skills and attributes for success
- Specialized knowledge & experience in rolling out wellbeing and recognition initiatives
- Knowledgeable on employment legislation, policies and procedures
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A graduate qualification
- Five to 8 years working experience leading and managing wellbeing and recognition initiatives
- Strong business acumen, commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Expertise in designing, developing, implementing and administrating all types of wellbeing and recognition programs
- Persuasive and comfortable in advisory role with strong interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
- Good stakeholder management
- Deadline oriented and ability to work in a complex environment
