Commercial Estimator [Netherlands]

 

For our Estimating Team in Hoofddorp , we are looking for a Commercial Estimator.



As a Commercial Estimator you will support Sales & Management in the preparation of commercial strategies when pursuing and bidding on new work.
During the proposal bidding process one of your responsibilities will be to set up commercial models, cost and revenue streams.
Other tasks and responsibilities as a Commercial Estimator:

• Support pricing strategies by providing summaries and sensitivity analysis
• Document and present commercial estimates during internal reviews
• Consultant towards Sales and Management
• Create As-Sold cost & revenue models and provide hand-over to Project Controls
• Project award: financial booking in the Company repository system (Price To Win)
• Develop other estimates: policy cost (staff assignment & travel), financial securities (bonds), Client space resident team
• Support to ongoing projects on services cost
• Cooperate with other offices, support other business lines with above activities

To be Considered Candidates:

Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

Basic Job Requirements

• Good command of excel, knowledge in Project Controls & Corporate Finance areas is a plus

• Masters degree
• Proven work experience in a similar role
• Flexible and willing to work on projects
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, German and Dutch are an advantage
