Your Role
Administrate delivery according to order acknowledgment- Responsibility for invoicing and collection
- Service administration
- Communicate availability and list price information to the customers
- Register customer orders and service jobs in ERP
- Order goods from external internal suppliers
- Generate and provide customers with order acknowledgment
- Actively monitor open orders (including advising sales engineer about delays to stipulate replacement when needed)
- Receiving and handling claims
- Monitoring stock levels
- Surplus and returns handling
- Demo expeditions
- Handle internal expedition
- Reception and office matters handling
- Take full responsibility and ownership of own professional development and actively participate on development activities in line with set development plan
- Execute other job related activities assigned by reporting manager
To succeed, you will need
- Min. secondary school + graduation
- Languages: Czech/Slovak and Romania nativa, English - advanced
- PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel
- Good planning and follow up skills, ability to prioritize work and work under pressure
- Good communication and organizing skills
- Team player
- Ability to handle claims and conflicts
- Proactive, open minded personality with can-do approach
- Willingness and strong drive to learn new things
