Mail and Customer Service Officer

• $25.30 per hour PLUS extra allowance!
• Permanent part-time role in Vivian Street
• Monday to Saturday 7am to 10am

Based at the Marion Square Box Lobby, we are looking for a Mail and Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional level of customer service as you deal with inquiries, requests or complaints from customers at our front counters and box lobby's. You'll also carry out administrative support work to support these key areas. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.
The needs of our customers are ever-changing and happening faster every day – our team needs to be one step ahead of these changes and act quickly.

What we need from you:

• Be available to work Monday to Saturday, 7am - 10am
• Problem solving skills - someone who can think on the fly and find the best outcomes!
• Administration and data entry skills
• Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
