หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- The Job Holder will work under Maintenance Department and directly report to Maintenance Senior Supervisor.
- As a section head of team of CNC machining Center, will responsible to manage all aspect of the value stream including safety, team member development, quality , driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of urgency and associated motivation of oneself and others.
- Planning Manpower, control and put operator in the suitable position.
- Meeting, advise Foreman, Technician as per general condition.
- Problem analysis and find solution for machine problem during production
- Engineering knowledge advice for any related section
- Purchasing, control raw material and any production equipment support
- Control all Machine, Tool and Measuring Equipment to ready for production
- Summarize productivity and quality of each month, report to Assistant Manager urgent.
- Machine adjustment and coordinate with Maintenance team for machine repair.
- Production Line document preparation, issue and control.
- Following Daily, Weekly and Monthly production plan. Assign to Line Leader.
- Support all production activity.
- Follow work assignment from Assistant Manager and Manager.
- ISO14001, IATF16949.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor degree in engineering or Equivalent years of experience
- Min. 2 years in manufacturing environment and hands-on experiences min. 2 years of CNC machining process in middle level
- Professional in CAD/CAM technology , CNC program programing , Mechanical Dimension, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
- Lean manufacturing experience, ISO9001 and/or training is preferable
- Computer literate , must be familiar with computer systems including, MS Office programs
- Effective written and communication skills Thai & English language
- Good Production process skill , Quality built-in process, Analytical thinking, Management skill , Leading team, Presentation , reporting and result-oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment across all disciplines
- Able to work in Ayutthaya
