Role & Responsibilities:
· Prepare temporary works drawings and site related design drawings.
· Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications.
· Overall Responsibility of Planning, Enlisting and Preparation of Shop Drawings for Plant Structure, all Utilities, Road works & Tunnel Structure.
· Leading a group of Junior Engineers and CADD Technicians in the preparation of shop drawings.
· Managing Drawing Registry by Controlling and Updating Contract Drawings and Shop Drawings.
· Preparing and review the shop drawings as per contract drawing coordinate with structural, architectural and MEP drawings with specification details.
· Preparing the RFI, if we have any discrepancies.
· Inspect sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.
· Closely coordinate with the site team, subcontractors and consultants.
· Preparing setting out drawings for road, road marking, and road signboard as per U.A.E municipality standards.
· Preparing FCN (Field change notice) for small modification in the site.
· Preparation of Material Takeoff & Bill of Materials (BOM).
· Preparing Procurement packages for subcontract tender.
· Coordination with Procurement & Purchase department.
· Scrutinizing and processing sub-contractors material submittals and shop drawings. (Concrete, Waterproofing, formwork, Reinforcement, aluminum cladding, Gypsum board partition, etc)
· Co-ordination with Consultants, Project Engineers & Quantity Surveyors.
· Co-ordination with the Production team for Reinforcement Fabrication & Delivery planning.
· Preparing As-Built drawings as per site condition.
· Preparing the OMM (Operation Maintenance manuals) and submit to consultants for approvals.

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
