As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will act as the point of contact between candidates, hiring managers, and the corporate recruiting team. Responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:
- Assist hiring managers with staffing needs, including approving job requisitions, verifying prerequisites, processing everification, and onboarding.
- Prescreen candidates by verifying their qualifications and experience.
- Assist candidates with the onboarding process.
- Represent the company at career fairs, including networking events and community engagement initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing diversity recruiting campaigns to target unique communities and contacts within the local and regional area.

What we are looking for:
- 1 year experience as a recruiting coordinator or similar recruiting role working in a fast-paced environment preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms for candidate tracking and sourcing a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work within time constraints
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as with a corporate team.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
