About Roaring Fork Restaurant Group
Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is locally owned and operates the QDOBA Mexican Eats franchise with locations in WI, IL, and IA. This year we celebrate 25 years of making some of your favorite burritos, bowls, quesadillas, and tacos. We currently operate 59 QDOBA restaurants, making us the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. With continued growth in mind, we are excited to have recently opened 5 Dave’s Hot Chicken restaurants in WI, with more restaurants of each brand opening later this year.

Job Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile cash and revenues using portal-based treasury cash management software
- Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations and update supporting schedules
- Assist with month-end closing process including preparing general ledger entries, reconciliations, and schedules
- Assist with detailed analysis of account transactions
- Assist with monthly reporting to internal and external third parties
- Find areas which can be improved, creating more efficient processes and more accurate reporting
- Perform ad hoc accounting projects and other clerical duties as assigned by their supervisor
- Work closely with the Accounting Manager and Chief Financial Officer
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma, Associates degree preferred
- Prefer 1-3 years of broad-based accounting experience
- Experience with cloud-based accounting software application(s), Microsoft Dynamics GP experience a plus
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented, possesses problem-solving skills, and be an excellent communicator
- Likes puzzles and therefore performing reconciliations
- Organized with a strong attention to process and systems
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to the team environment
- History of meeting internal and external deadlines and producing a consistent high-quality work product
- Passion for quality burritos and delicious Nashville hot chicken…or mild if you like
