Job Purpose
To clean all areas (front & back), with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of cleanliness and awareness and attention to small details

To clean all areas (front & back), with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of cleanliness and awareness and attention to small details
Key Result Areas
- Dust and polish all chairs, tables and all drinking shelves.
- Polish all brass, including bar rail, kick plates and push plates. Clean frames and glass.
- Polish poster cabinets. Clean all internal glass and all machines, including front panels, sides and top. Sweep and wash/mop any floor tiles or decking.
- Ensure cleanliness in beanbag area by dusting them daily and changing them frequently and giving to MOD to send to laundry
- Clean all lamp shades and bulbs
- Wipe the area around grills.
- Take down and wash all lamp shades.
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and workbooks.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops. |
