Tasks
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and respond to inquiries about our brand and ethical practices.
- Sales Generation: Actively engage with customers to promote our products and increase sales. Utilize your knowledge of the brand's values, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and drive conversions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of HACOY's product range, including materials, construction, and sustainability features. Stay up to date with industry trends and provide accurate information to customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and organized sales floor by arranging merchandise, ensuring proper display, and highlighting new arrivals. Assist with visual merchandising efforts to create an engaging shopping environment.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the Store Manager. Assist with receiving and processing new shipments, including unpacking, tagging, and organizing merchandise.
- Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle credit cards, and other payment methods following proper procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Assist with tasks as needed, including store maintenance, inventory counts, and event preparations.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Embody HACOY's brand values and mission, representing the brand with integrity and enthusiasm. Actively promote the brand's commitment to ethical fashion and sustainability.
