Sales Executive [India]


 

Job Summary: PMS Financial Services is looking to hire a high performing Sales executive (with an entrepreneurial mindset) who can develop sales growth strategies and ensure successful execution to achieve the Financial Targets for Equity, Mutual Funds & Bonds. The Job will be focused on building client relationships, developing sales plan to achieve desired growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Locate or propose potential business deals.

- Doing B2C campaigns for business management and development.

- Expand and develop the customer base by onboarding new customers.

- Identifying potential clients and scheduling appointments accordingly.

- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements.

- Maintaining relations with HNI clients.

- Collaborate and Coordinate to implement different marketing strategies.

- Formulate sales strategies, tap into cross selling and upsell opportunities, to ensure maximum customer reach.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

- Prepare a cohesive ecosystem that cultivates and breeds the willingness to hit the market and grow sales.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or commerce from a reputed college/university.

- Candidate should be ready to take ownership for sales & have an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Strong Interpersonal, relationship building and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.

- Excellent communication skills, aptitude for fostering positive relationships & customer-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹29,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
