Job Title: UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and intuitive user interfaces for our web and mobile-based applications and websites. You will work closely with our development team to ensure the design meets the functionality and technical requirements of the project.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile-based applications and websites
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and user stories
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience
Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the design process
Work within established design guidelines and style standards to ensure brand consistency across all projects
Deliver high-quality design assets and specifications to development teams
Manage multiple design projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting project deadlines
Continually evaluate and improve the design process and workflows
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer for web and mobile-based applications and websites
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and deliverables
Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred
