Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Production / Project Management
- Minimum 15 years Plant Manager / Project Manager experience
- Extensive experience in managing a manufacturing concern
- To assist the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of manufacturing, and checking quality
- Oversee / coordinate the production and manage projects
- Ensure that Managers and their teams are performing at optimum performance
- Ensure optimum productivity and process flow
- Ensure products are delivered on time
- Machines are operating at optimum capacity
