Skin by Lovely is seeking a talented medical assistant with a passion for aesthetic dermatology. Primary responsibilities include providing support for our Injection Specialists and providing first-class patient care. Priority will be given to applicants with medical, aesthetic or skincare experience and compensation will be based upon applicant’s ability, skills and relevant skills.

Medical Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day
o Reconstitute neurotoxin and restock rooms
o Restock drawers, jars, cabinets
o Look at provider-patient schedule and anticipate needs
o Taking patient photos and uploading them to the EMR
o Rooming patients
o If you’re tied up in a room assisting a providers, let the AC/ PROVIDER group chat know.
o Turnover rooms for your designated provider
o Following up with patients who are running late for their appointment

o Reconstituting and dating neurotoxin
o Drawing up neurotoxin per provider preference and tray set-up
o Drawing up neurotoxin for hyperhydrosis per provider preference
o Kybella
- Drawing up in syringes per provider instruction
o PRF
- Drawing blood
- Tubes in the centrifuge
- Pulling up PRF in syringes
o Sculptra
- Reconstituting vials
- Assist in room
§ Draw up in syringes
o Preparing patients for filler or microneedling
- Apply numbing cream to the face
o Preparing patients for lip filler
Applying numbing cream as needed
o Retrieving filler
- Familiarize yourself with the names (and nicknames) of all the filler
- Be sure to check volume (0.55ml or 1.0 ml)
- Make sure product is not expired
- Packaging and dating leftover filler
Ad Hoc Requests: Support of Clinic Manager for other tasks as requested
