We are currently seeking a Service Ops Processor 1 to do Medical Billing with our CMF Regeneration product line in our Shoreview, MN office.
A Service Ops Processor 1 will follow up with insurance carriers and/or patients to resolve and collect open balances in a timely manner. Keep customer files and invoice tracking records updated. Requires utilization of resources such as the on-line computer system, receivables aging report, Invoice Tracking system, customer notes, and the customer's physical file. Resolution of issues will include working with internal and external sales and the insurance carrier representative.

Required Qualifications:
- High school education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player attitude with excellent interperso! nal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- PC Literate
- Ability to manage high volumes of work
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third party reimbursement requirements
- Two years of insurance billing/claims processing or related experience
- Track record of company longevity/loyalty (3+ years)
