Airbnb Project Coordinator [Philippines]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Airbnb listings including pricing, listing creation and management, content and communication process coordination
  • Manage Customer Relations, Feedback, Reviews & Issues on AIRBNB Platform.
  • Manage Messaging Function on AIRBNB Platform.
  • Participate in both online meetings with key stakeholders and attend regular office meetings
  • Ongoing business analysis and pricing management
  • Send daily / weekly report to your manager of all statistical information as required.
  • Assist in monthly reporting on airbnb performance and other monthly reporting.
  • Liaise with management Team in regards to invoice processing for AIRBNB Listings.
  • Analyse daily movements and production of listings and inventory as required.
  • Assist in updating and the maintenance of Online Distribution Channel content when required and ensure all listings are up to date and accurate
  • Track sales promotions & advertising.
  • Ensure all marketing information (source, region, market and origin fields) is entered correctly to ensure the effective tracking and reporting of the information required.
  • Responding to Airbnb / other lead messages in a timely manner using our email messaging system Front
  • Responding to phone/text inquiries from our guests/homeowners / potential clients and resolve issues
  • Coordinating with other team members in the US locations via Viber, Whatsapp, or other team management tools
  • Other administrative tasks, such as helping with a cleaning schedule, reservations, making sure rental agreements have been signed, etc

Requirements

  • Excellent excel skills and strong Office (Word, Outlook etc.) skills.
  • Previous experience in an Airbnb management system
  • Hotel Property Management Systems experience;
  • Previous experience in a Revenue Management system is beneficial but not essential.
  • Flexibility with changing work schedules and working hours;
