We are looking for a VA who is good with phone sales and cold calling. Any real estate cold calling experience is a plus. We are looking for someone energetic, outgoing, and upbeat who is good on the phone and has great customer service skills. You will have to be fluent in spoken and written English and will be completely remote and working from home.
The Role
You will be learning a cold calling system, scripts, and will be making calls regarding real estate.
The Requirements
- Proficient in Spoken and written English and good communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- Upbeat personality, good listener, proactive and go getting
- Prior experience outbound sales, customer service, and real estate preferred.
- Can work on any time zone in the US. (those with nightshift experience preferred)
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be able to think quickly on their feet
- We are always looking for a long term relationship; this is not project base or have an end date as long as you are performing
You must have good communication skills, think quickly on your feet, and be okay with people saying no to you as this is all part of cold calling. Must be willing to learn and be proactive.

Pay: Php30000 - Php34000 per month
Yearly bonus and Holiday bonus, Bonus per hot lead, Bonus for any Real Estate Closing
