We have an exciting opportunity to join VSL Hong Kong as an Assistant Purchaser / Purchaser .
As an Assistant Purchaser / Purchaser , you will :
Source and purchase suitable products & machines/tools for projects
Follow up orders to ensure that operations comply with conditions imposed (deadline etc.), and follow up the logistics
Make purchasing plan for new projects
Work on Carbon Emission reports and solutions for Carbon Reduction
Consolidate demands on common consumables from different projects & make bulky purchase
Ensure product quality is up to project requirements
Source new suppliers and negotiate payment terms and price
You are :
F5 graduate or above
Experience in Letter of Credit and Shipping is a must
Purchasing Experience and having general knowledge in Tools, Hardware & Machines will be an advantage
Good in Microsoft Offices application and SAP
Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, good in Mandarin
Great communication and interpersonal skills, organized and attention to details
Fresh Graduates / Candidates with less experience could be considered as Assistant Purchaser
