Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Sales data management and reporting
    • Collaborate with finance team and external vendor distributor to ensure the accuracy and consistency of sales and customers data across multiple data warehouse and reporting systems
    • Manage and deliver daily sales reports, monthly sales reconciliation, rebates accruals, quarterly sales performance reports
  • Territory alignment and budget/target setting
    • Own end-to-end quarterly target setting process to ensure sales target fulfilling target setting guidance and on-time communication
    • Work with regional external vender and district managers for account-level sales target simulations and refinements for performance differentiation
  • Sales Incentive payout Calculation
    • Own end-to-end quarterly Sales Incentive payout process to consolidate, calculate, and validate sales, target, qualitative KPIs for quarterly sales incentive calculation
    • Collaborate with regional external vendor to deliver quarterly incentive payroll report to HR
    • Conduct quarterly SIP expense forecast
  • System management and technical implementation of organizational changes
    • Play a system admin role to manage and troubleshoot the following systems but not limited to
      • Regional Organization Management system and Local Territory Alignment and Sales Budget system: Sales organization structure, territory, co-promote sales allocation information maintenance and update
      • CRM system: Healthcare Professional/Organization profile creations & changes, certificate/license renewal, commercial role access permission, event management, sample management, customer engagement reporting, etc.
      • Global Product Management system: new products and indications creations and updates for downstream system data feeding

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Economy, Business Administrative or similar area of study
  • Minimum 2-4 years of successful track record in sales/marketing/business analyst/IT
  • Profeciency in MS Excel data analysis and management
  • Proficiency in Python or SQL is desirable
  • Business English proficiency is required
