Finance and People Operations Specialist [Philippines]


 

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

In our EOR model, Boldr manages the employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding to coordinating appraisals, while our Clients act as the operating manager of the Team Members. The Clients are in charge of training, work designation, and performance management of their Team Members. Boldr acts as a Global HR team that provides consultations on best management approaches within the local labor context.

As the EOR Finance and People Operations Specialist, you are responsible for providing the necessary support to our Team Members, Clients, and the internal EOR management team, to perform Finance and People Operations functions. This includes overseeing our administrative processes for records management, payroll administration, client expense tracking, and invoicing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Finance

  • Work closely with payroll and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting
  • Audit monthly associated costs documented in the expense-tracking systems and payroll to ensure the accuracy of the information in our invoicing systems (Google Sheets, Hubspot, and Xero)
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll administration and invoicing processes
  • Help maintain accurate and clear pricing structure for existing and future clients

People Operations Support

  • Provide administrative support for monthly payroll processing, including monitoring time and attendance
  • Ensure that our HRIS (BambooHR) records are up-to-date, including information on compensation and benefits
  • Coordinate with Boldr’s People Experience / HR POCs to ensure compliance with local labor policies in the administration of payroll, compensation, and benefits
  • Assist the EOR People Operations Manager with employee relations, including responding to team member questions and concerns
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as needed

YOU HAVE…

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field you’re passionate about!
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR or Finance Coordinator
  • Advanced capability of Google suite, especially Google Sheets
  • Strong proficiency in English communication both written and oral form
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to easily relate with people at various levels of the organization
  • Experience with the following systems is a plus!
  • Hubspot or any other CRMs
  • BambooHR or any other HRIS
  • Xero or any other billing platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php37,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
