Must have knowledge of the following:
HACCP / BRC / Food safety.
Food production and process optimization.
Sound experience in TPM, WCM, and LEAN methodologies.
Proficiency with TQM process evaluation techniques.
Procurement of fruit and consumables etc.
Budgets and financial monitoring and control.
Cost management.
Management of capex projects.
People / performance management.
Understanding of health and safety systems and procedures.
Operation performance and participative management.
Project Management.
Waste Management principles.
Requirements:
A degree in Industrial Engineering or related
Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
5+ years of experience in business Improvement Management, Change Management, business strategy, project management and KPI Management.
Experience in the Agriculture/Production/Manufacturing or FMCG Industries essential
Experience developing employee training programs.
Experience in a Management or leadership role
Intermediate computer literacy: MS Office- Outlook, Word and Excel
